The other day I used the rear, 116th Street, exit at Lefferts. On the platform between the canopy and crew quarters there were two double-headed lamp posts that emitted incandescent light. Both were missing their diffusers. I'm not sure if they date back to when the station opened in 1917 (?). I wanted to take a photo but a couple of crew members were looking at me suspiciously.
