(and that includes potentially rebuilding some of the demolished EL lines in ways to make them both quieter than their predecessors and to better withstand storms like Sandy).True. This South Ferry station would never have flooded:  Perhaps the MTA should rebuild it so we can all ride the Coenties Slip curve... ;-) |
