It's behavior like this that makes law enforcement only wanna give railfans a hard time more often. In conversations I have had with NYPD, MTA PD and even Amtrak PD, they all say the same thing, that if one stays calm, collected, courteous and cooperative (key word COOPERATIVE), you have more than a good chance you will be left alone. However if you are trespassing, you can believe you will not have a smooth experience.Again, from NJ to Upstate NY to throughout the 5 boros and LI and CT, I have to date had NO issues at all with law enforcement. |
