Multiple shots, multiple trains (two R142s, one R142A). Notice that the Bronx-bound 5 train starts at Brooklyn Bridge, then as it goes, every local station between there and 14th (except Astor) appears (almost) in turn. At the end, as the guy is telling them to get off, some of them get off at 14th, but a moment later, we're instantly transported (after the doors close, of course) back to Brooklyn Bridge where it becomes a Brooklyn-bound 4 train, and the rest get off there.

The appearance of the stations:
0:36 – Worth Street
0:49 – Canal Street
1:10 – Spring Street
1:25 – Canal Street again
1:31 – Bleecker Street
2:16 – 14th Street

Also, we appear to be jumping back and forth through time as well.
0:00 – 8:03 PM, the time on the title.
0:25 – 9:49 PM. On the 5 train.
1:16 – 9:20 PM. On the Brooklyn-bound 4 train (R142A, as evidenced by the lack of blinking in the sign) at this point.
2:03 – 9:51 PM. Back on the Bronx-bound 5 train.
2:07 – 8:56 PM. A second Bronx-bound 5 train.
