With some short-turn creativity, they can scrape up something.Do all 15 F's per hour have to run reverse peak on the Culver Line ? After 730am, turn half of them back at 2nd Avenue for another load from Queens. By the time they now get to KH or CI, they are not needed for service. Ditto in the PM. |
