It would be a much shorter list if I can tell you where I have been rather than where I haven't.

Also, there are some lines I have not traveled for a long time and their designations and routes may have changed since I last rode them.

(1) - 96th Street to South Ferry (old and new)
(2) - Mott Haven (149th/Grand Concourse) to Atlantic Avenue
(3) - Penn Station to Atlantic Avenue
(4) - Burnside Avenue to Atlantic Avenue
(5) - Pelham Parkway to Atlantic Avenue
(6) - 96th Street to Brooklyn Bridge
(7) - Entire line
(A) - 59th Street to Far Rockaway but not Lefferts Blvd
(B) - 59th Street to 79th Street on the West End BMT
(C) - 86th Street to Jay Street/Boro Hall
(D) - 161st Street - River Avenue to Kings Highway on the Brighton BMT
(E) - Sutphin Boulevard to WTC
(F) - 179th Street to Kings Highway
(G) - 71st Continental to Hoyt Schermerhorn
(J) - Sutphin to Broad Street
(L) - 1st Avenue to Union Square
(M) - Lawrence Street to DeKalb Avenue
(N) - 71st-Continental Avenue to Lexington Avenue - 59th
(Q) - 47th-50th Rockefeller Center to West 4th Street
(R) - 71st-Continental Avenue to Whitehall Street
(S)(IRT) - Grand Central to Times Square
(BMT) - Prospect Park to Park Place (before the line was rebuilt)
(IND) - Never
(W) - Never
(Z) - Used to ride this from Sutphin during the J/Z skip-stop era.
