But what of the homeless. They obviously cannot take care of themselves, otherwise they would not be homeless. They should be swept up and placed in an institution. An institution for the homeless, which is very different from a hospital in the nature of restraint that is used upon people. Obviously it has to be nice enough that people once taken in will WANT to stay there.ROAR |
