Well, I miss my one-seat ride from Metropolitan Avenue to Broad Street.My bus line in Queens, the Q38, stops at both Woodhaven Boulevard and Metropolitan Avenue. A friend's college-age son asked his father, "Why should I ride an hour on the M train to get to the Queens Center Mall (at Woodhaven Boulevard) when I can get there in 15 minutes on the bus?" I have come to call the M "The Great Circle to Nowhere." |
