I think the quantity of expansion cars (84) implies that they would be 75 footers, as it is not divisible by 5.I suppose they could make 4 car sets of 60 footers, but with 260 cars in the R179 order configured like that, the entire eastern division, and presumably the C will all get 4 car sets of New Tech cars, I can't see where any other of such cars can go. |
