The station was 18 St and as a citizen of the City of New York I must say that as a senior official in a department that deals with the public, he has a non negotiable obligation to attain and maintain an exhaustively encyclopedic knowledge of that which is within the scope of his jurisdiction. Absent that, at the very least he should maintain access to ACCURATE historical documents to which he can refer before making erroneous statements to the public. |
