It IS realistic..and its been on the books for years..the question is..why hasn't it been looked at? Also..RUSH HOURS is the time when the most riders would us such a service,so why would a "RYE" ONLY TRAIN SUFFICE..when you could provide subway service at 3-5 minutes apart? |
