He was one of those who kept the faith in rail transit over the dark decades. Some of our historians held on well into retirement years, like Ed Watson and Vincent Seyfried. Others have passed on suddenly and too soon, like Roger Arcara and Dave Rogoff.And now Joe Saitta. RIP Joe and condolences to your family. |
