No, but someone with a lot of money wouldn't generally be jumping a turnstile. Persons with no respect for laws or authority (which describes most criminals) jump turnstiles. Therefore, having an obscene amount of cash on you, in a "poor" neighborhood, after having committed a crime, makes you suspicious of larger things. |
