How come the NYCLU took that case but didn't take my case when the exact same thing happened to me??! I had to handle my suit pro se. I'm not saying I didn't get a good settlement, just that it took more effort and I probably didn't do as well. Plus, I'd have loved to show up at the TAB with three lawyers in tow; it might have saved me the second trip.Sorry to necropost again but this thread's already been dug up anyway. |
