Posted by Nilet on Sun Aug 19 15:48:50 2012 I'm in Portland now and hoping to ride the WES train tomorrow. Does anybody know the likelihood that they will be running the Budd RDCs? Best I can tell, they're only supposed to be used as backup for the extremely unreliable Colorado Railcar fleet but pics seem to suggest they run with some frequency. |
