VIDEO: A seriously overpowered train

On my way home home today, I passed this unusually short train entering town on the CSX line from Monroe NC. I had my camera with me, so I continued downtown and managed to get there in time to grab this clip as the train continued on towards Greenwood SC and Atlanta GA. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to let the camera's autofocus settle down right at the beginning, and the focus drifted at the end, too. But it's a curious sight, anyway. I don't remember seeing anything like this going through here before. And there aren't any businesses around here that ship via tank cars as far as I know.
