Correct..something must be done about the DeKalb junction...like a bypass line built around it...perhaps along Atlantic avenue to Flatbush avenue..from a new east river tunnel..with enough capacity to carry Broadway, 2ND,6TH and 8th avenue trains..with connections to the Fulton,4th,Brighton and a new service via the Atlantic line to Jamaica. |
