I doubt that a reprogramming of the turnstiles can be done as quickly as you would have liked. As for changing from the F at 4 Av, the switches at Pacific St don't allow for a S/B train coming off the relay to access the lcl tk so in all likelihood, even if N/B trains turning at Pacific St could make lcl stops N/B, they would have to run express S/B. |
