Since the train is headed for 207th St. Yard anyway, why not let people stay on board if they wish for a nice express run the way it was in the good old days - a DASH! Maybe they'll do it with the Holiday Special if it runs this December. I wonder if anyone has any runby footage of that train howling ass past 81st. n/b.When Bill Wall announced two weeks ago that 175th would be the last stop, all I could think was, whoa! I'm gonna get to ride along that express dash on the old timers again after nearly 43 years! Biggest no-brainer in the history of earth - I was staying on that train! |
