You know speaking of the New Lots Ave/Livonia Ave line, east of the New Lots Avenue station there is a never-used trackway structure which continues for about 75 feet. This extension was a provision for the line to continue east on New Lots Avenue. I read somewhere (can't remember) that the line would have turned south on Linwood Street to Flatlands Avenue or Jamaica Bay.Here's a pic of it:
