Michael the cameraman's wife/girlfriend is distinctly non-thrilled about his staying in the station to film the incident. Suppose I can't really blame her. One news report says that the train struck all four of the victim's limbs, which definitely does not sound good.What procedures do the firefighters follow to ensure that third rail power is off before they descend to track level?
