If you have read some of my posts, i have mentioned that as the possible reason why work wasn't continued down Pitkin Av. It could even be the reason why the possible existence of the station is shrouded in so much mystery. The contractors may have gone a little to far before ceasing construction even after encountering the water problem down there. |
