Because of legend, they know that the troopers north of Saratoga are out looking for their plates just like they are for ones for Jersey. I'd compare Quebec drivers to northern Jersey drivers for fast moves, no signals and a bit too horny. But then again, if you get in there and drive just as insanely as everyone else, they'll get out of your way. :) |
