Nah ... folks from Quebec actually LIKE New Yorkers ... it's the English to the west of them that annoys them. Once they know you're from New York, things change. At least from upstate anyway. :)From what I've learned from Quebecois, the entire province remained rather backward until the 1970's ... given all that and the derision from other provinces, they have come a long way. |
