But is it really resisting if one simply jerks as a result of having one's private parts grabbed/jostled/etc? I've watched the video several times know and it looks to me like an involuntary response to being touched. It, therefore, appears to me that the cop overreacted. I can't say that I would have reacted any differently if I were unexpectedly touched there...especially in public. |
