LION doubts that nobody could have bid on such a contract without union labor. Could a contractor have hired some no-union people for some sort of a task. Sure he could have, but it would have been minor work like sweeping the floor or something. Even that would set off union workers like a firecracker and would keep the rumor going Forever.ROAR |
