LOL And then there's this whole "uproar" over the kid being tossed to the ground TWICE.Well, let's see. After failing to comply while being arrested, officer has to pull him off the poster board, the board comes off, and they both fall to the ground. With the perp on the ground, the officer can then place the cuffs on him, but no, the perp wiggles free and gets up and grabs ANOTHER poster board, forcing the officer to bring him down again. But I'm wondering how this all got started in the first place. Word is that the kid jumped the turnstiles, but he was standing in a far corner of the platform far away from the fare control when the officer approached him. Still can't place what that noise was. |
