Here's a complete one-way trip (all 150 feet of it) of restored Lancaster (Conestoga Traction) Birney #236, last Sunday.

The local history museum in the restored station is well done, and there was a nice set of reprinted and enlarged old photos of Lancaster-area streetcars and interurbans for browsing inside #236. One of those interurbans ran to Manheim until 1932, passing about a block from the station.

But you have to time your visit carefully, because the museum and #236 operate only on summer Sundays 1 to 4 PM.
