Easy enough, make an exception that a card that will not swipe anymore should be replaced for free by the station agents... and to prevent any arguments, have it be policy that the replacement be issued any time someone requests one, don't make the station agent try and "fix" the card or bother trying to figure out if it's actually bad... |
