A reason why NOT to laugh, however: In Pennsylvania, SEPTA and PAT have had funding issues for some time. SEPTA has made it work, but PAT has had to keep cutting service and reduce its service area (I'm not sure if the airport remains in PAT's service area). That alone warrants it. |
