Which is why I offered the card idea as a compromise. or locals giving out of town relatives their cards That's fine, because the resident would no longer have one to use, and the card was "paid for" by the tax. The deactivation on replacement and $30 replacement fee prevents abuse of this. what's to stop counterfeiters from producing phony cards Whatever stops them from doing it now with monthlies... |
