Yes, trade association people can write off their fares, and need not be concerned with SEPTA charging an on-board penalty even though they have no TVM's on their commuter trains.

Then they prematurely scrapped all their Silverliner II's so as to avoid an FRA waiver, and forgot the fact the AEM-7's are dropping like flies, and the SL-V's are still buggy.
