According to the schedule, the only train I see fitting the description is #6861, leaving at 4:57 PM on Sat and Sun, serving Long Beach, Jamaica and NYP only. It's neatly sandwiched between the 4:26 and 5:26 locals. It also has a morning counterpart, #6816, leaving NYP at 10:22. Oddly, this one bypasses Jamaica. NYP to Long Beach non-stop.

I can understand the anger of those living in East Rockaway or Island Park. Without the PM express, that 5:26 local is probably filled up out of Island Park.
