The first second of the video here had either a fireworks audio or sounds of other vandalism occuring WHILE the cop was running towards the perp. I think we have more than enough to throw the perp under a good bus, depending on what the dummy was charged with. The thug in the orange could have been charged with obstruction since on at least one occasion he blocked the cop and perp in custody while attempting to film, and the cop was WAITING for him to swipe at the badge. He should have been charged with public lewdness for having his "Pants on the ground". |
