Actually, 4th Avenue Joins 5th Avenue at 95th Street, and 5th Avenue continues to the water. LION builds a six track 2000' stub which will hold 18 trains. Daily Inspections and cleaning can be done there, and units for weekly inspections can go OSS at 9th Avenue and then bingo to CI.ROAR |
