So then the law could have been broken but in the long run the charge could not be sustained in court, does that mean that the police over-reacted or more accurately does it mean that the threshold for police action might be lower than in the courts where cooler heads prevail. Let me also remind you that had these two dancers mouthed off to the judge as they apparently did to the police, the judge would have held them in contempt. It's all a matter of who's shoes get spit on. |
