When Bombardier convinces them to buy off-the-shelf Movias, Alstom convinces them to buy Metropolises, or Siemens convinces them to buy their Modular Metro. Until then they'll keep generating their own economies of scale by creating block obsolescence problems with huge orders for thoroughly out of date, slow rolling stock. |
