The real tragedy of this is that it won't deter the Truly Stupid from continuing to go on the tracks and frying themselves. "That shit won't happen to me!"I think what NYCT should do is make a PSA commercial out of that video and close it with something like: "If you do this and you are injured or killed, not only are we in no way liable, we are going to bill your survivors for the costs incurred removing your body and restoring service." That may not deter the Truly Stupid, either...but it sure as hell will put a stop to asinine wrongful death lawsuits and perhaps make some parents actually try and keep their kids out of trouble. |
