I didn't view the video. I just can't watch that sort of stuff any more. The EAB use is a double edge sword, though. Once people become aware of it and how to use it, then the vandals will have a new sport. Besides, if the person using the EAB didn't call control center immediately, they'd just assume vandalism and restore the power. |
