That was not a scheduled revenue run, it was on its way to permanent retirement. The crew and SEPTA were just nice enough to let us stay on for the trip back, with a photo stop at Market East, until the final drop-off at 30th St. It's more correct to say that it was an impromptu fan trip, but unless somebody changes their mind in the future, their active service was over by then. |
