Termination for "cause" results in the person getting a refund of monies paid into the pension fund. He gets fired, he loses his pass, AND his pension. MTA is NOT going to carry a terminated employee to pay out ANY pension money in the future, because the terminated party has NO future with MTA, except as a fare paying passenger. |
