This is nothing really new.We had the same problem some years back at Pelham Bay Park,only in this case the situation occurred when people were walking down. The 3rd step from the mezzanine landing was not the right height and people (myself included) would always "mis-step". As far as I know, no one fell but I came close a couple of times. This went on for almost a year before they redid that staircase. |
