That would be a major "change order" to the contract and would likely have required it to be rebid with several years worth of delays. And Schiavone couldn't undertake it themselves, they'd never get paid for it since it wasn't in the bid specifications if what we're hearing is true.No, this one's entirely on MTA ... |
