I think that was where the Expressway was supposed to go- and Conduit Blvd would've been the service roads. It runs straight towards the extra-wide section of the Belt Pkway near JFK.But since the expressway will never be built (fortunately, IMO) this could well be a good spot for subweay extention. Like you siad elsewhere, the new subway could vault over or under the Belt where required... |
