They now realize that reselling these units for a huge profit is unlikely.This past weekend I met someone who, before and after he moved into Ossining, looked to find a group trying to shut down Sing Sing, converting the land into a park. And he was a defense attorney so he surely knew of the joint! Buy low sell high (maybe with some good old government support). |
