It's kind of like government saying: "Look how nice things will be at the end, even though we'll make your life Hell Light for five months."The only long shut-downs I thought were justified was the Williamsburg Bridge because the alternative could have been cars and trains in the East River, and the Franklin Shuttle, because it was in that bad shape, there was no place for a shoo-fly, and it looked like the alternative would have been abandonment. |
