I think they just dont care period Union or Not...Agreed. The one thing is though after a while they fire themselves and RTO isnt as forgiving as it used to be,i cant speak for other departments. You don't have to commit an offense worthy of termination to suck. Case in point: the biggest complaint I get from customers during GOs is that they jut got off a train and the C/Rs made no announcements about the service change. Some C/Rs make great announcements and go the extra mile... others give no info. Both get paid the same. |
