Why couldn't they put a decent horn on their cab cars ?A lot of LI engineers don't sound their horn much in advance of a grade-crossings. They seem rather hesitant to use it. Notice a lot of the cab cars are getting new diaphragms. The one piece one molded around the entire door is giving way to an ugly 3 piece job with sloppy, uneven cuts. (tool shed engineering). |
