Base their pensions on their last 5 years of base pay, exclusive of O/T. That's how my NJ pension was calculated! It makes it difficult to criticize the MTA's management bureaucracy with stuff like this! Wanna bet they take turns calling in sick, so everyone shares in the O/T pot? |
