That photo has been doctored. BTC never used a paint scheme like that. PCCs were Green & Cream until 1945 when NCL got control of BTC the paint scheme was Yellow & Grey. Save your $$$.NCL intially painted them yellow and green with gray roofs. The yellow and gray re-repaints took place between 1949 and 1951. Hard to tell exactly what the colors are in a B&W photo, but 7138 probably looked like this in 1949:
